Beatrice Pentney is a puppet maker, performer and installation artist. Her work ranges from building large scale installations to hand crafting small intricate puppets. She is often asked to do commissions for theatre companies as well as individuals who appreciate puppets and also performs as a puppeteer with Tucked In Productions and Movingstage Marionettes. Inspired by Jan Svankmajer, The Brothers Quay, Remedios Varo and Angela Carter, her work similarly has an otherworldly quality.
